How to track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Simply click on this link or enter the tracking number.

Why isn't my tracking updating?

It can take up to 24 hours for tracking information to become visible after shipment. If no update appears after this time, or if you have any doubts, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are here to assist you until your order is delivered.
